About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in Power Plant Design to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and developing complex power plant designs, factory layouts, and industrial general arrangement drawings.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and optimize mechanical designs, piping layouts, and equipment specifications for power plant applications.
- Analyze engineering parameters and schematics to improve system accuracy, reliability, and plant efficiency.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of engineers to integrate mechanical solutions into broader industrial and plant layouts.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client-facing reviews.
- Stay current with emerging developments in power generation, mechanical systems, and design methodologies.
Qualification & Experience
- M.Tech or equivalent degree in the Mechanical or Design domain.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in power plant design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering, CAD, and drafting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Exposure to industry compliance, safety standards, or regulatory requirements for power plants.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional technical teams.
- Passion for innovation and problem-solving in complex industrial and mechanical systems.
