About the Role:
We are looking for an MEP professional with strong experience in building and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of MEP design, coordination, drawings, calculations, and technical documentation, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and coordinate MEP systems for building and construction projects.
· Prepare HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP drawings and layouts.
· Prepare design calculations, equipment schedules, BOQs, and technical specifications.
· Coordinate MEP services with architectural, civil, structural, and site execution teams.
· Review shop drawings, vendor drawings, technical submittals, and MEP design documents.
· Identify and resolve MEP clashes and design-related site issues.
· Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, NBC provisions, fire safety requirements, and project specifications.
· Provide technical support and design clarifications to the site execution team.
Required Qualification:
· Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with relevant MEP design experience.
· 3–8 years of relevant experience in MEP, building, or civil construction.
· Strong knowledge of building MEP systems and construction practices.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
· Good understanding of IS Codes, NBC, fire safety standards, and MEP design practices.
· Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skill:
· Knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM will be an added advantage.
· Experience in multidisciplinary MEP coordination.
· Ability to work closely with design, detailing, and site execution teams.
