We are hiring PHE Engineer for its growing Data Center engineering & delivery teams in Andheri East, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of PHE/plumbing systems, including domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, storm water drainage, and sewage treatment interfaces, for data center and mission-critical projects.
- Provide technical sign-off and design approval for PHE packages across projects.
- Size and specify pumping systems, water storage tanks, pressure-boosting systems, and associated equipment.
- Develop and maintain PHE design standards, specifications, and project-specific Basis of Design documents.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and fire protection disciplines, resolving clashes using BIM/Navisworks.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable plumbing codes, local municipal regulations, and client technical requirements.
- Review vendor and OEM submittals for pumps, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
- Lead commissioning support and respond to RFIs during construction.
- Mentor intermediate and junior engineers, reviewing their design deliverables and building team capability.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and local municipal bodies on water supply and drainage approvals.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil (Public Health) Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in PHE/plumbing design, with meaningful experience in data center, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of applicable plumbing codes (e.g., National Building Code, local municipal regulations) and relevant international standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP; familiarity with pipe-sizing and hydraulic calculation tools.
- Experience sizing water storage, pumping, and pressure-boosting systems for large facilities.
- Experience with multidisciplinary MEP/BIM coordination and clash resolution.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and technical sign-off experience.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, including liaison with statutory authorities.
