At SkinQ, we're looking for a Marketplace Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplace channels.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in marketplace operations, seller portals, inventory planning, and cross-functional coordination in a D2C or Ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other online marketplaces.
- Coordinate with Marketplace Key Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure healthy stock levels across marketplace channels.
- Track order fulfillment, order cancellations, return rates, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely order processing and inventory replenishment.
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs), inventory inwarding, and replenishment planning.
- Handle marketplace operational issues, claims, shortages, RTVs, and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure catalogue readiness for new launches, promotions, and sale events.
- Prepare operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and marketplace performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketplace Operations or Ecommerce Operations.
- Experience managing seller portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of marketplace KPIs, inventory planning, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a D2C, Ecommerce, Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG company will be preferred.
