About Strings Of Symphony
Strings Of Symphony (SOS) Music School is a growing contemporary music academy in Gurugram, offering Guitar, Piano, Drums, Ukulele and Western Vocal lessons to children and adults. We are passionate about creating an inspiring, well-organised and student-focused learning environment.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and responsible Academy Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of the academy and help us deliver an exceptional experience to our students, parents and teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the academy.
- Maintain attendance records, scheduling and operational documentation.
- Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of the academy.
- Support student admissions and overall academy administration.
- Assist with academy events and community engagement.
- Contribute to the academy's digital presence and operational growth.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is organised, dependable and takes ownership.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is comfortable using Google Workspace and basic computer applications.
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys interacting with students, parents and educators.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours
Tuesday – Friday: 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:30 AM onwards (working hours may vary based on classes and academy events)
Weekly Off: Monday
