AWEWA is looking for an experienced Marketplace Executive with strong hands-on experience in Women’s Clothing / Women’s Fashion.
THIS IS A STRICT REQUIREMENT
3+ YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN WOMEN’S APPAREL MARKETPLACES IS MANDATORY.
We are NOT looking for:
- Freshers
- General e-commerce executives
- Candidates with only Amazon experience in unrelated categories
- Candidates with only digital marketing experience
- Candidates with only social media experience
- Candidates who have never independently managed fashion marketplaces
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain marketplace accounts for AWEWA
- Product listing and cataloguing
- Manage product titles, descriptions, attributes, images and size information
- Inventory and stock management
- Pricing, offers and promotions
- Order and return management
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales
- Identify products that are performing well and poorly
- Improve product visibility and conversion
- Coordinate marketplace requirements and operational issues
- Monitor marketplace dashboards and reports
- Maintain marketplace hygiene and ensure products remain active
- Coordinate with the internal team for new product launches
MARKETPLACE EXPERIENCE
Experience with platforms such as:
Myntra | Ajio | Amazon | Flipkart | Meesho | Nykaa Fashion | Tata CLiQ | Other Fashion Marketplaces
Experience with Myntra / Ajio / Meesho / Amazon Fashion / Flipkart Fashion will be particularly relevant.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate should:
- Have 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience
- Have specifically worked with Women’s Clothing / Women’s Apparel / Women’s Fashion
- Have independently managed marketplace operations
- Understand fashion cataloguing, sizes, variants, inventory and returns
- Be comfortable working independently from home
- Be reliable with regular communication and reporting
- Have a strong understanding of marketplace sales and performance
