ExpoBazaar is a leading home décor and lifestyle brand connecting global buyers with unique handcrafted products from India. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces including Wayfair, Faire, Walmart, Michaels, and Amazon.
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality product content, including titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, and images.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and marketplace performance to ensure account health and sales growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog management, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer support.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute promotional campaigns and support digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, content standards, and service-level requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Wayfair, Faire, Walmart, Michaels, and Amazon Seller Central is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of catalog management, listing optimization, and marketplace operations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce product listings.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and marketplace marketing tools.
- Experience in the home décor, furniture, handicrafts, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
