Job Overview
Wanna Party is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in marketplace management. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Blinkit, Swiggy etc.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, creating invoices, raising tickets, taking appointments for PO's and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across Amazon, Swiggy and Blinkit
- Identify Disputes and Track them till its resolved
- Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and resolve marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor account health, suppressed listings, policy issues and performance metrics.
- Conduct keyword, competitor and category research to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate inventory planning and maintain adequate stock levels for key products.
- Monitor returns, cancellations, claims, reimbursements and other marketplace issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
