Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven Marketplace Ads Manager to drive growth across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other key marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing marketplace advertising budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage ad budgets and improve key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Conduct keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Drive product visibility, organic rankings, and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketplace teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and category developments.
Candidate Requirements
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising.
• Strong experience with Amazon Ads is mandatory.
• Exposure to Flipkart Ads, Nykaa Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, or similar marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace performance metrics and profitability.
• Good analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency.
• Prior experience in D2C, Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG brands will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
• Candidates who have directly managed marketplace advertising budgets and demonstrated measurable business impact.
• Candidates from fast-growing D2C brands will be preferred.
• Candidates from marketplace-focused marketing agencies may also be considered.
