Role Description The Marketing Manager role at ZX Surfaces is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s surface solutions to architects, interior designers, homeowners, and commercial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing social media and website content, coordinating events and trade shows, and overseeing branding and visual communication. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with sales and design teams to generate leads and strengthen customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will track campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and channels (social media, email marketing, website management, SEO/SEM).
- Ability to create and manage marketing content, including copywriting, visuals coordination, and basic design oversight.
- Strong analytical abilities for market research, customer insights, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in interiors, building materials, design, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
