As a Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of digital marketing and performance growth across ANZ, UK, USA & Middle East markets.
📌 What You’ll Do
Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & paid campaignsDrive quality leads and student acquisitionOptimize CPL, CAC, ROAS & conversion ratesConduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences & landing pagesTrack performance using GA4, Meta Business Manager & analytics toolsAnalyze marketing funnels and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with creative, content, sales & operations teamsPrepare campaign reports and performance insightsDevelop data-driven digital growth strategiesStay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools & AI solutions
👀 Who We’re Looking For
Experience in Digital / Performance / Growth MarketingStrong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta AdsUnderstanding of GA4, pixels, conversion tracking & marketing funnelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in lead generation & campaign optimizationExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsProactive, data-driven & target-oriented mindsetEdTech, E-commerce, SaaS or lead-generation experience is a plus
