This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn strategy into execution and creativity into measurable business results.
What we're looking for:
✅ 5–8 years of experience in Digital/Social Media Marketing
✅ Strong experience with Meta, Google & YouTube campaigns
✅ Excellent understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
✅ Experience in Influencer/Creator Marketing
✅ Strong understanding of Reels, short-form video and content trends
✅ Data-driven approach with strong understanding of CPL, conversion and ROI
✅ Experience managing agencies, vendors and creative teams
✅ Education/EdTech experience will be an added advantage
