*Marketing Head - Real Estate*

Velociti is looking for a hands-on Marketing Head to own and drive the complete marketing lifecycle of our real estate projects — from concept to launch and beyond. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
*About the Role*
• Own end-to-end marketing strategy, planning, and execution across all active projects
• Lead GTM strategy for new launches — positioning, audience identification, competitive analysis, and defining the project's unique value proposition
• Plan and manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaigns to drive sustained lead generation and sales support
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, PR, events, and channel partners
• Own marketing budgets, media planning, performance tracking, and ROI analysis
• Build, mentor, and manage the marketing team with clear accountability
*What We're Looking For*
• 4–8 years of marketing experience — real estate background is mandatory
• Proven ability to independently lead a marketing team and manage full project launches
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing (Meta, Google), offline campaigns, and agency coordination
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM processes, customer journeys, and lead nurturing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business goals into measurable outcomes
• Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves and get things done
