Sr. Executive – Marketing | BTL, B2C & D2C📍 Location: Pune – Remote/WFH

About the RoleWe are looking for a Sr. Executive – Marketing with hands-on experience in BTL, B2C/D2C, and Digital Marketing to support and execute online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute BTL activities, brand activations, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage B2C/D2C campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, influencers, and internal teams.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Handle SEO, Google Ads, lead generation, and digital marketing activities.
- Create/support marketing creatives using Canva and AI-based design tools.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing tools.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Work closely with the Sales team to improve leads, conversions, and brand visibility.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience in BTL + B2C/D2C Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Lead Generation, Canva/AI Designing & Analytics.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Location & Work Mode📍 Pune – Remote/WFH
Important: Candidate must be based in Pune and available to visit the centre for meetings, events, and marketing activities whenever required.
