Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Charantra's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, articles, graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Plan and execute branding and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation of pitch decks, one-pagers, and other brand materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics.
Requirements
- Graduate with 0–2 years of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for branding, content creation, and social media.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage.
- Interest in startups, business, finance, and investment banking.
- Self-driven, creative, and eager to learn.
