Nuvora Stays is hiring a Marketing Associate (On-site, Hyderabad).
We're a boutique, theme-based homestay brand, and we're looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to grow our social presence and bring more guests to our stays.
NIFT students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply — freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are welcome.

What You'll Do
- Own and grow Nuvora's social media — Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Plan monthly content calendars and post consistently across channels
- Create and coordinate content — Reels, captions, hooks, and promotional posts
- Engage with our audience, communities, and followers to build the brand
- Track social performance (reach, engagement, growth) and double down on what works
- Stay on top of social trends and pitch fresh content ideas
- Run competitor and audience research to spot opportunities
- Support visibility across booking platforms (Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, etc.)
- Collaborate with the founders on branding, partnerships, and campaigns
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) to work faster
Who We're Looking For
- Recent graduates or up to 1.5 years of experience
- Passionate about social media, marketing, branding, and storytelling
- Genuinely tuned in to Instagram trends, formats, and what makes content work
- Strong written communication in English (Telugu/Hindi a plus)
- Basic knowledge of social tools and analytics
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- A proactive, startup mindset — willing to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- Willing to work full-time from our Hyderabad office
