About the Role
Vokx Inclusive is looking for a confident, creative and proactive PR & Marketing Intern to support the growth and visibility of our rehabilitation services, healthcare initiatives, awareness programs and community activities.
Key Responsibilities
📣 PR & Outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, schools, colleges, corporates and community organisations
- Support PR outreach and partnership development
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, events and awareness programs
- Assist in preparing PR pitches, presentations and outreach materials
- Represent Vokx Inclusive at meetings, events and community programs
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and partners
📱 Marketing & Content
- Assist with marketing campaigns for rehabilitation services and programs
- Create and coordinate content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Assist with captions, promotional materials and campaign ideas
- Support awareness campaigns related to rehabilitation, inclusion and neurodiversity
- Research relevant audiences, organisations and outreach opportunities
- Track basic marketing and outreach activities
🤝 Lead Generation & Fieldwork
- Generate leads and build referral networks through outreach to hospitals, clinics, schools, organisations and community partners
- Identify potential referral and partnership opportunities
- Support lead generation for workshops, programs and rehabilitation services
- Conduct presentations to organisations and potential partners
- Participate in field visits, outreach activities and networking events
- Follow up with prospective partners and stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree / qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Media or a related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with professionals and organisations
- Good presentation and networking skills
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Canva / content creation is an advantage
