Role Description The Marketing Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote High & Dry’s services and strengthen brand awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, involving daily coordination of digital and offline advertising activities, social media content, and promotional materials. The specialist will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine strategies and support sales growth. They will collaborate closely with customer service, operations, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and engaging customer experiences. The role also includes organizing local promotions, managing public relations initiatives, and maintaining relationships with partners and vendors.
Qualifications
- Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and basic analytics.
- Experience in Advertising and Public Relations, with the ability to manage promotions, events, and media outreach.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and represent the brand professionally.
- Sales and relationship-building abilities to support conversion of leads, upsell services, and maintain client loyalty.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, email, online ads) and content creation tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury services is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
