Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Hyderabad | Full-Time | On-Site
We are looking for an MBA/BBA graduate who has recently completed their course and has 0–1 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in marketing, social media, content, AI tools, and marketing automation.
Internship & Salary
- 3-month internship: ₹15,000 per month
- After successful completion: ₹4 LPA full-time salary
- Full-time conversion will be based on performance during the internship.
What We’re Looking For
- MBA/BBA graduate with 0–1 years of experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong interest in digital marketing and brand building
- Comfortable using AI tools for content, research, ideas, and marketing activities
- Basic understanding of marketing automation
- Good knowledge of Canva for creating social media designs, videos, presentations, and other marketing creatives
- Understanding of social media platforms and how to create engaging content
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new content ideas
- Interest in improving engagement, reach, and conversions
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership of marketing activities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Design social media posts, banners, short videos, and other creatives using Canva
- Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and marketing execution
- Support marketing automation and email marketing activities
- Assist with brand-building initiatives
- Track social media engagement and marketing performance
- Develop new ideas to increase engagement, leads, and conversions
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and brand activities
Who Will Do Well in This Role?
We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, proactive, and willing to learn. You don't need to know everything from day one, but you should be comfortable with technology, interested in AI and marketing, and willing to take responsibility for getting things done.
