We’re Hiring: Total Rewards & People Tech
We’re looking for someone to take on two distinct mandates: drive Total Rewards programs and lead People Tech across the entire People & Culture function. This role combines compensation and benefits expertise with end-to-end ownership of HR systems, AI, automation and people analytics.
What you’ll own
Total Rewards
- Drive compensation benchmarking, salary ranges, annual compensation reviews and incentive programs.
- Manage ESOP programs, employee benefits and rewards policies.
- Analyse pay competitiveness and internal equity to support compensation decisions.
- Make rewards programs easy for employees to understand and access.
People Tech — across the entire HR function
- Build and execute the People Tech roadmap across hiring, onboarding, payroll, rewards, performance, talent management, learning, engagement and exits.
- Identify and implement AI use cases and workflow automations, including loan processing, approvals and employee reimbursements.
- Own HR systems, configurations, integrations, enhancements, troubleshooting and adoption.
- Build dashboards and translate workforce, compensation, performance and talent data into actionable insights.
- Partner with HR teams, Engineering and external vendors to deliver solutions from requirements through testing, rollout and ongoing support.
- Ensure data accuracy, privacy, appropriate access and responsible use of AI.
Skills & experience
Total Rewards
- Strong experience in compensation and benefits, including benchmarking, compensation design, salary structures, incentives and ESOPs.
- Ability to assess internal equity and market competitiveness and translate analysis into recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgement when handling confidential compensation data.
People Tech
- AI & automation: Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt design and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Power Automate.
- HR systems: Experience configuring and managing HRMS platforms and driving enhancements and adoption.
- Integrations: Understanding of APIs, webhooks and data flows connecting HR systems with other business platforms.
- Data & analytics: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and dashboarding skills using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Process design: Ability to map HR workflows, identify gaps and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Technical execution: Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for scripting and custom automation would be an advantage.
- Product & project management: Ability to prioritise the People Tech roadmap, conduct user testing and lead projects from concept to adoption.
- Data governance: Understanding of employee data privacy, access controls and responsible AI practices.
