SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical & Functional Skills
- Mastery of KPI/KRA design, cascading logic, weightage models, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in strategy frameworks: BSC, OKR, MBO, SWOT, TOWS, Ansoff, BCG, GE Matrix, Porter's Five Forces.
- Hands-on experience with PMS tools, ERP performance modules, or HRMS platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
- Strong financial acumen – P&L understanding, ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC process improvement methodologies.
Behavioural Competencies
- Strategic thinking with the ability to bridge vision and ground-level execution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with board-level presentation skills.

What we're looking for:
🎓 MBA (Strategy/Finance) from a reputed B-School
📊 8–10 years in Business Strategy, Corporate Planning, or PMS
💡 Strong command of BSC, OKR, SWOT, PESTLE, Six Sigma, Power BI/Tableau
🏢 IT industry exposure preferred
👥 Minimum 3 years of team/cross-functional leadership
