Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Manager Stores to manage the complete stores and inventory function and ensure uninterrupted material availability and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Raw Material, Packing Material, Consumables, Engineering Spares and Finished Goods Stores.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to production through effective inventory planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in D365 ERP and ensure timely transaction entries.
- Monitor inventory levels, ROP, safety stock and slow/non-moving inventory.
- Lead cycle counting, physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Manage warehouse operations, storage practices, FIFO compliance and material traceability.
- Coordinate with Purchase, PPC, Production, Quality and Finance for seamless material flow.
- Manage engineering spare-parts inventory to minimize machine downtime.
- Drive 5S, warehouse safety and statutory compliance within stores.
