- Plan and deliver training programs for Medical Representatives on product knowledge, therapy areas, and sales skills.
- Ensure strong understanding of product portfolios, clinical data, and competitive positioning across the field force.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with regulatory standards.
