About The Role
We're looking for an experienced PR Manager to join our team and lead strategic brand communications for one of India's fastest-growing beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and business media.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, brand stories, and thought leadership content.
- Drive media visibility across print, digital, television, and social platforms.
- Lead PR for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal collections, and key brand initiatives.
- Plan and execute press events, influencer events, media previews, and brand activations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Monitor media coverage, brand sentiment, and proactively manage reputation and crisis communications.
- Track PR performance through media coverage, reach, impressions, and campaign reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within the Beauty, Personal Care, Fashion, or Lifestyle industry.
- Strong network across media houses, editors, journalists, and influencers.
- Proven experience managing product launches and integrated brand campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and consumer-centric environment.

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
