We are a leading Indian merchandise marketplace that allows independent artists, creators, and NGOs to sell custom-designed apparel and accessories in an automated manner.
We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to become a key bridge between Frankly Wearing and its creator ecosystem, which would involve acquiring potential creators and helping existing creators succeed on the platform.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on creator growth, creator success, and revenue enablement.
You’ll work closely with creators to help them launch, market, and scale their merchandise business on Frankly Wearing. This role is part creator partnerships, part growth strategy, and part account management.
You should enjoy working with creative people, solving problems, identifying opportunities, and helping creators turn audiences and ideas into sustainable merch sales.
What You’ll Own
Creator Acquisition & Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and nurture creators, artists, influencers, niche community leaders.
- Build scalable creator outreach systems and partnership playbooks.
- Develop referral, ambassador, and creator growth initiatives.
Creator Success & Revenue Growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators on the platform.
- Help creators optimize their merch strategy, product selection, pricing, positioning, and promotions.
- Guide creators on organic and paid methods to market their merchandise effectively.
- Analyze creator performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve sales.
Merch Strategy & Trend Spotting
- Help creators identify high-potential niches, trends, and product opportunities.
- Recommend merchandising ideas based on audience behavior and interests.
- Work with internal teams to improve product discoverability and creator outcomes.
Education & Enablement
- Create playbooks, guides, webinars, and educational content to help creators grow.
- Support creators with best practices for launching and promoting merchandise.
Community Building
- Build strong creator relationships and foster a sense of community among creators.
- Gather feedback and advocate for creator needs internally.
- Improve creator retention, satisfaction, and long-term success.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and leadership teams to improve creator experience and platform growth.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have
- 2+ years experience in creator partnerships, account management, influencer marketing, community growth, talent management, ecommerce, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with an ability to help creators grow revenue.
- Comfort working with performance metrics and creator analytics.
- Highly proactive and organized.
Strong Plus
- Experience working with creators, influencers, YouTubers, artists, fandom communities, or digital brands.
- Familiarity with ecommerce, POD, merchandise, or creator monetization.
- Understanding of social media growth and content strategy.
