Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned, execution-driven Operations Head to lead and oversee end-to-end operations across the Delhi NCR region. The role will be responsible for operational excellence across stores, cloud kitchens/production units, warehouse, local supply chain and logistics, ensuring consistency, efficiency, cost control, compliance and business continuity across the region. This is a high-ownership leadership role requiring strong ground-level operational control, SOP implementation, team management, inventory and cost management, problem-solving and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Delhi NCR Operations
· Oversee day-to-day operations across all TBLC stores, cloud kitchens/production units and warehouses within Delhi NCR.
· Ensure consistent execution of processes, quality standards and customer experience across all locations.
· Drive store-level efficiency, uptime, operational discipline and business continuity.
2. Store & Field Operations Excellence
· Ensure stores follow defined opening/closing SOPs, inventory and cash controls, hygiene standards and customer-service processes.
· Monitor store visits, daily sales, stock reporting and operational KPIs.
· Identify recurring store-level issues and drive timely corrective action.
3. Inventory, Warehouse & Production Oversight
· Monitor inventory controls, accurate inward/outward tracking, stock availability and optimized stock levels.
· Control wastage, damage and inventory losses.
· Oversee paan patta and other raw-material sourcing, storage, handling and lifecycle management within Delhi NCR.
· Drive warehouse/production efficiency, documentation and hygiene.
4. Supply Chain & Procurement Coordination
· Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.
· Support vendor management, negotiations and cost optimization for Delhi NCR.
· Ensure purchase and approval SOPs are followed.
5. Logistics & Distribution
· Own warehouse-to-store movement, inter-store transfers, Q-commerce, D2C and bulk-order operational coordination within Delhi NCR.
· Ensure timely deliveries, proper POD processes, efficient routing and cost control.
· Manage and optimize local logistics partner performance.
6. SOP Governance & Process Standardization
· Implement and enforce SOPs across Delhi NCR operational functions.
· Ensure clear ownership, approval hierarchies and defined TATs.
· Identify and close process, communication and accountability gaps.
7. Team Management & Capability Building
· Lead Operations Managers, Store teams and Warehouse/Production staff.
· Drive training, discipline, productivity and performance standards.
· Work with HR on hiring, manpower planning, incentives and retention.
· Build a culture of ownership, accountability and professional conduct.
8. Financial & Cost Control
· Drive operational cost optimization across Delhi NCR.
· Monitor daily expenses, logistics costs, inventory losses and wastage.
· Work with Finance on payment approvals, budget adherence and operational cost controls.
9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Establish strong MIS and reporting systems for Delhi NCR operations.
· Track sales performance, store productivity, inventory health and operational KPIs.
· Use data to identify gaps and drive corrective action.
10. Cross-Functional Alignment
· Work closely with Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Sales and Management.
· Ensure timely communication, clear ownership and effective execution.
· Resolve interdepartmental operational issues professionally and within defined TATs.
11. Compliance & Risk Management
· Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, operational and store-level compliance requirements.
· Drive accountability for operational lapses, inventory losses, service failures and avoidable inefficiencies.
· Maintain appropriate operational records and support audits and inspections.

Skills & Competencies

Experience & Qualifications
· 10–15 years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably with meaningful multi-unit or regional responsibility.
· Prior experience in QSR / F&B / retail / cloud kitchen / food delivery businesses preferred.
· Experience managing stores, warehouse/production and field operations is strongly preferred.
· Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, controlling costs and building accountable teams.
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
