HIRING | MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – SOURCING for Athleisure Apparel | Retail Brand
in Mumbai
💼 Experience: Up to 8 Years
💰 CTC: ₹16–24 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and production execution for apparel and accessories.
- Drive capacity planning, production scheduling, and supplier lead-time optimization.
- Monitor production progress through TNA (Time & Action Calendar), WIP reports, and production trackers.
- Identify production risks proactively and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage supplier performance and drive Quality, Cost, Delivery & Service KPIs.
- Lead product development, sample execution, and production follow-up as per business timelines.
- Negotiate product costing and FOB while supporting margin improvement initiatives.
- Review tech packs, costing, TNA and production data to ensure execution readiness and accuracy.
- Build strong supplier relationships while continuously improving cost, quality, lead time and production efficiency.
- Ideal Candidate
Candidates with strong experience in athleisure/apparel sourcing, production management, vendor management, costing and product development will be preferred.
