Are you a results-driven admissions and marketing leader with a strong track record in private higher education institutions across North India?
Indus International University, a growing private university in Una, Himachal Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Head of Admissions – Marketing & Recruitment to lead student enrolment strategy, brand visibility, and conversion excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven admissions and marketing strategy to meet and exceed enrolment targets
- Lead end-to-end student recruitment lifecycle — from lead generation to counselling and conversion
- Build and manage a high-performing team of admissions counsellors and marketing executives
- Plan and oversee on-ground and digital campaigns, education fairs, webinars, and outreach initiatives
- Strengthen partnerships with schools, coaching centres, educational consultants, and corporate stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs, analyse funnel metrics, and report regularly to university leadership
- Ensure a seamless, student-centric admissions experience aligned with university policies and compliance
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in admissions and marketing roles within private professional colleges or universities in North India
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding enrolment targets in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Strong understanding of the North Indian higher education landscape, including regional student behaviour and institutional competition
- Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
