As Safewater Lines expands through strategic acquisitions and continues its journey towards becoming a diversified, multidimensional logistics organization, we are strengthening our People Function with professionals who enjoy building, improving and transforming organizations.
We are currently looking for experienced professionals for the following roles:
Manager – HR Transformation & IntegrationLead initiatives across HR integration, organization design, HRMS implementation, policy framework, governance, HR project management, dashboards, documentation and change management.
Manager – Talent, Culture & Organization DevelopmentDrive talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, recognition, internal mobility and culture-building initiatives.
These roles are not suited for professionals whose experience has been limited to routine HR operations. We are looking for individuals who have successfully delivered transformation, organization development, HR excellence, HR technology, integration, or large-scale people initiatives and are ready to make an immediate impact.
