About the Role
ARIYOG (Collection & Recovery) is looking for a proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
· Coordinate joining formalities, documentation and induction.
· Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities (F&F coordination, exit interviews).
· Maintain HR operations, employee records and attendance coordination.
· Support payroll and statutory compliance coordination.
· Drive performance appraisal process and review cycles.
· Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
· Plan employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace culture.
· Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Requirements
· 4-8 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
· Experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
