Internship Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during internship
Internship & Full-Time Conversion:
- The candidate will undergo a 2-month internship as a Management Trainee and will be evaluated on sales, client acquisition, communication, follow-up, and overall performance.
- To be eligible for full-time employment, the candidate is expected to acquire a minimum of 24 new active clients during the internship period.
- Upon successful conversion, the candidate will receive a fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000, along with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
- Full-time conversion will be subject to Management evaluation and compliance with the Company’s applicable policies and employment terms.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Management Trainee - Sales to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role is an opportunity to build strong foundations in B2B sales, client acquisition, recruitment consulting, relationship management, and business development.
Role Overview:
As a Management Trainee - Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business leads, conducting client outreach, converting prospects into active clients, and supporting the growth of the Company's recruitment business. The role involves direct interaction with prospective clients and requires strong communication, persistence, relationship-building ability, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries and markets.
- Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other professional channels.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other client engagement activities.
- Understand prospective clients' hiring needs and business requirements.
- Present Raphael Consulting's recruitment services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Convert qualified prospects into active clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to develop business opportunities.
- Obtain recruitment requirements and mandates from acquired clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Track prospects, client conversations, requirements, follow-ups, and business opportunities using the Company's CRM and other designated tools.
- Maintain accurate records of client and prospect information.
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations under Management guidance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Develop existing client relationships to generate repeat business and additional requirements.
- Contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the Company's client base.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Performance will primarily be evaluated based on:
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Number of prospects contacted
- Client meetings / business discussions conducted
- Number of new active clients acquired
- Number of recruitment requirements generated
- Candidate placements through acquired clients
- Revenue generated from acquired clients
- Client engagement and retention
- Conversion rate from prospect to active client
- Consistency in achieving assigned sales targets
Incentive Opportunity:
Upon conversion to full-time employment, the employee will be eligible for performance-based incentives linked to client acquisition and revenue generated from clients acquired by the employee, subject to the Company's incentive policy.
The incentive framework may include:
- Incentives for acquiring new active clients
- Additional incentives for candidate placements through acquired clients
- Revenue-based incentives
- Performance recognition for exceptional business development results

Educational Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field will be an added advantage.
