Management Trainee (Operations and HR), on campus at BITE Varanasi (Babatpur). Six-month full-time traineeship for MBA graduates. ₹10,000 a month; lodging for outstation trainees.
This is a six-month, full-time traineeship for MBA graduates who communicate well and are at home with digital platforms and AI tools. You will work on the real operations of a 23-year-old college with 17 programmes and students from across Purvanchal and Bihar. We may appoint more than one trainee.
Your work is reviewed at month 3 and month 5. Trainees who perform well may be offered a regular appointment at the end of the six months. That is a genuine possibility, not a guarantee.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• Admissions operations: keeping the CRM accurate, making sure every enquiry gets a timely follow-up, and preparing the daily and weekly reports.
• HR and administration: coordinating recruitment for open faculty and staff positions, scheduling interviews, and keeping staff records and joining papers in order.
• Digital work: a content and WhatsApp communication calendar, simple dashboards, and using AI tools to make routine work faster and better.
You will report to [REPORTING TO].
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
• A completed MBA, any specialisation.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi. Fluency in English is a must.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, social media platforms, and everyday use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
• Care with confidential data. You will handle the personal details of students and families. They stay inside BITE's systems and are never pasted into public AI tools.
• Readiness to work full-time on campus at Babatpur, Monday to Saturday. The campus is near Varanasi airport; please check your commute before applying.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
• A specialisation or project in HR, operations or marketing.
• Experience with any CRM, or of running a college club, event or student body.

Candidates based in Varanasi, or with roots here (hometown, family, or studied at BHU, MGKVP or another Varanasi institution), are especially encouraged to apply. BITE alumni who have completed an MBA are welcome. All qualified candidates are considered.
