About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee – MT-2 who wants to build a career in business, strategy, operations, sales, and execution.
This is not a traditional trainee role. You will work closely with senior leadership and get exposure to real business problems, decision-making, negotiations, cross-functional execution, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with leadership on high-priority business projects
- Take ownership of projects from problem identification to execution
- Support business development, sales, partnerships, procurement, and operations
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and business analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external partners
- Handle calls, negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions
- Identify gaps and proactively develop solutions
- Track project timelines, targets, and outcomes
- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, reporting, presentations, and productivity
- Work across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup environment
