Role: Management TraineeThe selected candidates will receive practical exposure in:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – sourcing, screening, candidate interaction and interview coordination.
- Campus Coordination – coordinating with colleges, placement cells and students for hiring activities.
- Client Generation & Relationship Management – supporting client engagement and business development activities.
- Training & Development – assisting with training, onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Recruitment Operations – maintaining candidate databases, recruitment reports and follow-ups.
- Campus Drives & Placement Activities – supporting job fairs, campus drives and student engagement.
- Target-Oriented Position Closure – working towards defined hiring targets and timely closure of assigned positions.
Stipend & Career Progression- ₹10,000 per month stipend during the initial 6-month training period.
- Based on performance and successful completion of the training phase, progression to Talent Acquisition Lead with compensation of ₹15,000 per month, subject to performance.
- Compensation may be revised to up to ₹20,000 per month after 6 months, based on performance.
- Further increments may be provided every 6 months based on performance and contribution.
- A 1-year service agreement will be applicable from the date of confirmation as Talent Acquisition Lead.
