🚀 WE’RE HIRING | MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – BUSINESS, GROWTH & OPERATIONS

This isn’t a “sit in one department and do the same thing every day” kind of role.
It’s for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership and jumping between business, marketing, operations, content, research, partnerships and growth.
💡 What will you work on?
Depending on your strengths and what the business needs, you could find yourself:
• Supporting business strategy and day-to-day operations
• Researching markets, audiences, competitors and new opportunities
• Working on social media, content and digital campaigns
• Helping build and grow HappinessCue’s online presence
• Supporting partnerships, collaborations and outreach
• Coordinating projects from idea → execution
• Preparing presentations, reports, plans and business insights
• Exploring new products, services and revenue opportunities
• Using AI and digital tools to work smarter and faster
• Talking to customers, partners and stakeholders
• Helping solve the “what next?” questions that come with building something new
And yes - you may occasionally be asked to do something that wasn’t in the original job description.
Because that’s what building a new venture looks like. 😉
🧠 Who are we looking for?
You could be a fresher, recent graduate, MBA, young professional or someone with up to 4 years of experience.
Your degree matters less to us than your mindset.
We’re particularly interested in people who are:

✅ Comfortable taking initiative
✅ Good at figuring things out independently
✅ Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
✅ Comfortable with ambiguity
✅ Interested in business, marketing, people and growth

✅ Comfortable using AI and digital tools
✅ Able to turn ideas into actual execution
Bonus points if you have experience in startups, marketing, social media, business development, content, operations, research, consulting or project management.

This role is designed for people who want breadth, responsibility and accelerated learning.
You’ll get exposure to multiple aspects of building a venture, work closely with the people driving it, and have the opportunity to take ownership of projects rather than simply being handed a checklist.
Hybrid / WFH setup gives you flexibility - but we expect ownership, responsiveness, discipline and results.
