About the Opportunity
Startup Stairs is looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and responsible Management Trainees to support the execution of Startup Seva Sankalp Haryana 2026, an initiative organized by Startup Haryana.
As the project is already underway, we are looking for immediate joiners who can actively contribute to ongoing project activities, field coordination, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day project execution.
This is a full-time opportunity offering hands-on exposure to project management, field operations, stakeholder coordination, data management, reporting, and program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local residents, community members, colleges, institutions, and other stakeholders across Haryana.
- Travel across 10 districts of Haryana for field visits, project activities, and local coordination.
- Support the implementation and execution of ongoing project activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Collect, organize, and maintain project-related data and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, project documentation, and progress trackers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide on-ground support during events and other project activities.
- Visit the office whenever required for meetings, reporting, coordination, and project-related work.
- Be available for occasional overnight stays in other districts based on project requirements.
- Support the project team in resolving on-ground operational and coordination challenges.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Pursuing or completed BBA / MBA.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in event management, fieldwork, project coordination, or stakeholder management will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to interact and coordinate with local communities and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across 10 districts of Haryana.
- Comfortable with occasional overnight stays in other districts.
- Willingness to report to the office as required.
- Immediate joining is preferred, as the project is already underway.
