Job Title : Management Trainee

Job Overview:
Looking for a junior Risk Management professional with around 6 months of internship/relevant exposure to support risk identification, assessment and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess business/branch risks and process gaps.
- Review whether proper processes and controls are being followed.
- Support teams in resolving and closing risk-related issues.
- Track corrective actions and follow up on pending issues.
- Prepare and maintain risk reports, dashboards and scorecards.
- Support the Risk Management team in day-to-day risk assessment activities.
Requirements
- MBA/Master’s in Risk Management, Finance, Banking & Insurance or related field.
- Around 6 months of internship/relevant exposure in Risk Management, GRC, Risk & Compliance or Internal Audit.
- Good Excel, analytical and communication skills.
