About the Role
Bambélis is looking for motivated graduates to join our team as Management Interns. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship designed for individuals looking to build practical experience in a growing consumer brand.
Based on your skills, interests, and business requirements, you will be assigned to one of the following functions:
* General Management (Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory & Business Operations)
* Marketing (Brand, Digital Marketing, Content & Growth)
Throughout the internship, you will work closely with experienced team members, contribute to business initiatives, and gain exposure to cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your assigned function, responsibilities may include:
* Supporting day-to-day business and operational activities.
* Assisting with inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics.
* Supporting marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and content execution.
* Preparing reports and analysing business data using Microsoft Excel.
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
* Contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
