Job Title: SaaS Sales Associate
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada Process)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented SaaS Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, demonstrating our SaaS solutions, and converting leads into long-term clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work during night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, international sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI tools and business software is a plus.
