Warehouse Management Intern
Location- Swargate, Pune (On-site)
Internship Duration- 3 Months
Stipend - ₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month

Job Summary
We are hiring a Warehouse Management Intern for one of our clients. This internship offers hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage, movement, and tracking of materials while maintaining operational and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming materials.
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organize materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Assist in material dispatch, packing, and loading as per delivery schedules.
- Update stock movement, inward, and outward entries in ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Perform regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Report damaged, expired, or short materials to the warehouse supervisor.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Follow all warehouse operating procedures and company safety policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Mechanical, Civil, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP software is an added advantage.
