Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Consultant to lead the functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations from requirement gathering through successful go-live and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to design scalable ERP solutions while mentoring functional consultants and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap analysis.
- Configure Business Central modules based on customer requirements.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), process flows, solution blueprints, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
- Plan and execute Data Migration, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live functional support.
- Mentor junior functional consultants and provide project leadership.
- Participate in solution design workshops and customer discussions.
- Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure project delivery follows Microsoft best practices and implementation standards.

- Multiple end-to-end Business Central implementation projects.
- Experience working with implementation partners or consulting organizations.
- Proven experience leading functional teams and client engagements.
