Role Description The Loan Document Processing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for managing the complete documentation cycle for home loans, loans against property, and project funding. The role includes collecting and verifying client documents, coordinating with banks for sanction and disbursement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements. Daily tasks involve data entry and document processing, maintaining accurate records, tracking application status, and updating internal systems. The executive collaborates closely with the advisory team to clarify requirements, support clients with documentation queries, and help resolve discrepancies with banking partners. The position requires maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, banks, and internal teams, along with clear written and verbal correspondence abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review loan files, validate documentation, and identify gaps or compliance issues.
- Candidates should possess Data Processing and Order Processing skills to manage applications, update loan tracking systems, and ensure accurate, timely documentation handling.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to stay informed about lending criteria, property valuation trends, and mortgage products relevant to the region.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in banking, NBFCs, or real estate finance operations, with familiarity in home loans, LAP, and basic legal documentation.
- Candidates should have proficiency with MS Office and digital documentation tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a process-driven environment.
- A graduate degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in finance or real estate will be an advantage.
