About the Role
ZCAST / Access1Solution is looking for a Live Streaming & Video Production Engineer with hands-on experience in live event production and corporate events.
The candidate should be technically strong, comfortable working on-site at events, and capable of independently managing vMix-based live production, streaming workflows, cameras, audio, switching and streaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate vMix for live production, switching, graphics, overlays, presentations and multi-camera productions.
* Set up and operate complete live streaming systems for corporate events, conferences, webinars and large-scale events.
* Configure and manage cameras, video sources, audio inputs, capture devices and production systems.
* Manage live streaming to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and other streaming platforms.
* Work with RTMP, RTMPS, SRT and NDI workflows.
* Configure and troubleshoot internet connectivity, encoders, streaming platforms and network-related issues.
* Work with professional production equipment such as Blackmagic ATEM switchers, capture cards, PTZ cameras and LiveU systems.
* Handle pre-event technical testing, setup, rehearsals and live-event operations.
* Monitor stream quality, audio/video sync, bitrate, latency and overall stream stability.
* Troubleshoot technical issues quickly during live events with minimal downtime.
* Coordinate with clients, production teams, camera operators and event agencies.
* Travel to event locations as required.
Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in live streaming / video production.
* Strong practical knowledge of vMix.
* Experience handling corporate events, conferences, seminars, product launches, town halls or similar live events.
* Good understanding of multi-camera live production.
* Knowledge of professional cameras, PTZ cameras, switchers, encoders and audio systems.
* Good understanding of streaming protocols such as RTMP/RTMPS, SRT and NDI.
* Ability to configure and troubleshoot basic networking and internet connectivity.
* Ability to work under pressure during live productions.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.

* LiveU bonding and transmission systems
* Canon PTZ cameras
* Blackmagic ATEM
* OBS Studio
* NDI / SRT workflows
* Live streaming platforms and CDN workflows
* Corporate AV and event production
* Audio mixing and basic sound troubleshooting
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically curious and dependable during live events.
The ideal candidate should not just know how to operate vMix, but should understand the complete live production chain — camera → audio → switching → encoding → internet → streaming platform → monitoring.
