Job details:
• Day-to-day budget & schedule execution for a single show for whole show (all departments)
• Translate the Producer’s top-down budget into task-level cost and schedule
• Track daily burn (artist, render, vendor) and forecast end-of-show cost estimate
• Approve OT, freelancers and vendor PO spend
• Run daily production reviews with Supervisors and Coordinators
Escalate slips, scope changes and cost overruns to the Producer
Metrics: Cost variance %, milestone on-time %, OT / vendor spend vs plan, shot burn-down accuracy
