We’re looking for someone who can turn real businesses, people and behind-the-scenes journeys into powerful short documentaries.
Not just someone who can shoot videos.
We need a storyteller who understands business + people + content.
What You’ll Do:
* Research stories around our brands, founders, teams & customers
* Find interesting angles and documentary-worthy moments
* Write hooks, scripts & interview questions
* Shoot cinematic yet natural-looking footage
* Conduct founder/team/customer interviews
* Capture behind-the-scenes business stories
* Create 2–10 minute short documentaries + documentary-style reels
* Work with our editing team to shape the final story
Content could include:
Building a brand from zero • Behind the business
• Manufacturing
• Founder stories
• Customer transformations
• Expansion journeys
• Business failures & lessons
• Team stories
• New launches
We DON’T want:
Someone who only knows how to operate a camera.
We WANT:
Someone who can walk into a business, discover the story and turn it into content people actually want to watch.
