Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Light Driver role based in Rajsamand. The Light Driver will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely, following assigned routes or schedules, and transporting passengers or goods as required. Daily tasks include performing basic vehicle checks, maintaining cleanliness, adhering to traffic rules, and keeping accurate records of trips and fuel usage. The driver will interact with clients and team members, communicate any issues or delays, and support overall transportation operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong vehicle operation skills with experience in driving light vehicles; familiarity with truck driving and basic knowledge of truck operations is beneficial.
- Valid driving license appropriate for light vehicles; CDL Class A or equivalent commercial driving certification is an advantage.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with dispatchers, supervisors, and clients.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on respectful, timely, and professional interaction.
- Clean driving record, good knowledge of local routes in and around Rajsamand, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations.
- Ability to work full-time on-site, including flexible hours or shifts as needed.
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform basic vehicle inspections and minor tasks.
- Prior experience in transportation or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
