Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Truck Mounted Mixer Driver located in Varanasi. The Truck Mounted Mixer Driver operates concrete mixer trucks, ensuring safe loading, transport, and delivery of concrete to construction sites. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, following designated routes, and coordinating with dispatch and site personnel. The driver monitors concrete consistency, manages safe unloading at job locations, and adheres to company safety standards and schedules. The role requires strict compliance with transportation regulations and careful handling of the vehicle and equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license and experience with heavy Truck operation.
- Proven Truck Driving experience, including operating truck-mounted mixers or similar equipment.
- Knowledge of Unloading procedures for concrete or bulk materials, with attention to safety and site requirements.
- Understanding of DOT Regulations and other applicable road safety and compliance standards.
- Strong awareness of vehicle maintenance, ability to perform basic checks and report issues promptly.
- Ability to follow instructions, read delivery documents, and communicate clearly with site teams and supervisors.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor construction environments for extended periods.
- Prior experience in construction or ready-mix concrete operations is an advantage.
