Role Description The Deal Driver role is a full-time position based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Deal Driver will support end-to-end deal lifecycle activities in the digital real estate domain, including coordinating with clients and internal teams, tracking deal progress, and ensuring timely completion of key milestones. Daily tasks include managing documentation, updating deal status in internal systems, following up on pending actions, and helping resolve operational issues that may affect deal closure. The role involves communicating with stakeholders, supporting customer inquiries, and contributing to smooth execution of transactions aligned with company standards. The Deal Driver is expected to work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to maintain high-quality service and a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive client experience throughout the deal process.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with logistics or vehicle-related operations (e.g., experience with trucks) if the role involves any physical asset coordination or site visits.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of regulatory or compliance requirements related to transactions; experience in real estate, finance, or operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deals or tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM or deal-tracking systems, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, document management).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Chennai, collaborating on-site and remotely as required.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., business, commerce, management, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
