🚨 HIRING | LEGAL – LOAN AGAINST SECURITIES (LAS)
A leading Wealth Management & Financial Services organization is looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join its Mumbai team.
💼 Position
Legal Manager / Senior Legal Manager/AVP – Loan Against Securities
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰 CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA
🎯 Experience: 5+ Years
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal assistance for Loan Against Securities (LAS) transactions
• Draft, review & negotiate contractual agreements and lending documentation
• Handle Legal Due Diligence for borrowers, securities & transactions
• Review Loan Agreements, Pledge Agreements, Indemnities, Undertakings & Security
Documents
• Identify and mitigate legal & documentation risks
• Support regulatory and compliance requirements across lending and securities transactions
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on documentation, notices, disputes & enforcement matters
👤 Ideal Candidate
✔️ LLB / LLM
✔️ 5+ years of relevant legal experience
✔️ Experience in LAS / Lending / NBFC / Banking / Capital Markets / Financial Services
✔️ Strong exposure to contract drafting, legal due diligence & secured lending documentation
✔️ Good understanding of pledge of securities and lending transactions
