Role Description The Learning and Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Navsari. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs. Daily activities include conducting training needs analyses, creating learning content and curricula, coordinating training schedules, and delivering in-person sessions and workshops. The role also involves tracking training outcomes, maintaining learning records, collaborating with HR and business leaders to support talent development initiatives, and continuously improving learning processes based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with a solid understanding of organizational development and talent management.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling training logistics, maintaining learning records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies and Employee Relations skills, ensuring training programs align with company policies and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess experience in learning and development, including instructional design, facilitation, and curriculum development.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess training needs, measure program effectiveness, and prepare reports for management.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred; relevant L&D or HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or renewable energy sectors is beneficial, along with proficiency in MS Office and basic learning management systems (LMS).
